Amarillo, TX: Man “Fired” from Job for Offensive Costume at Company Halloween Party 🎃😬
An Amarillo man allegedly lost his job after showing up to a company Halloween party dressed as a “terrorist.”
Anthony Bianchi says the costume was meant to be funny and harmless. “This whole thing is an unfortunate misunderstanding. The whole point of the joke is that I’m a Jäger-bomber. I’m not even from that part of the world—I’m an Italian guy raised in Texas. I thought the people I worked with were fun and cool, but I guess they're far from it. Looks like I learned my lesson,” said Mr. Bianchi.
The company reportedly said their workplace has no place for offensive or inappropriate behavior — and claimed this wasn’t his first HR issue.
