* Units are semi-furnished equip with double deck beds with mattresses, pillows, tables and chairs, wall / ceiling fans, and steel lockers.

* Each floor has its own lounge in front and its own service area at the back.

* Each unit has its own C.R., shower room, lavatory & kitchenette independent from each other.

* Cost per person for bed spacing is Php 1,800.00 inclusive of water, internet & garbage disposal, but exclusive of electricity. Each dorm unit has its own electric meter and will be paid by bedspacers according to actual consumption.

* The entire building is equipped with an 8 channel HD CCTV Cameras for added security of all tenants.

* 1 (one) month advance rent and 1 (one) month security deposit is required before moving in.

* The owner of the building complies with all the necessary government requirements, clearances & permits, such as DTI, BIR, business permits, licenses and registration, etc.

* Location is at #2153 Kapitan Isko St., Purok 3, Barangay 7, Daet, Camarines Norte. Opposite Exit Gate of Mabini Colleges.

Cellphone signal booster and wifi mesh are just recently installed at D&LF Building to boost week signal and dead zones inside the building both for wifi and cellphone signals.

Aluminum cladding is almost complete for the building front facade.

Installation of stand-by generator (7kva) is already completed to be used during brown-outs!

D&LF Building Rental has complied with the revised building codes of the Philippines, such as but not limited to, 5 meters set back in front (can also be used as parking space for customers), ramp for PWD’s, toilet designated for PWD’s, etc.

The building is equipped with an 8-channel CCTV system with eight HD cameras for a 24/7 security within and ouside the building.

We have secured, fulfilled and completed all the necessary licenses, registrations, clearances and permit to operate the building. We can also issue an official receipt for your legal requirements.
