Todayโs laboratory session in Bar and Beverage Management was all about coffee, its different kinds and proper preparation. Under the instruction of Ms. Beatrice M. Cruz, students explored the world of coffee, from understanding its varieties to mastering the correct brewing techniques.
The class identified different coffee types, learned proper grinding and extraction methods, and practiced preparing classic coffee beverages with the right balance of aroma, flavor, and presentation. Precision, patience, and passion were evident in every cup served.
This hands-on activity strengthened their skills in beverage preparation and deepened their appreciation for coffee as both an art and a science.

โPalawan State University has officially declared November 3, 2025 (Monday) as a Mental Health Break for all faculty members and administrative staff as stated in the memorandum signed by University President Dr. Ramon M. Docto on October 23, 2025.

โThis initiative aims to promote well-being, work-life balance, and mental health awareness among the PalawanSU community. Employees are encouraged to take this time to rest, recharge, and engage in personal wellness activities in preparation for the remaining months of the semester.

โStudents are also encouraged to use this day to pause, reflect, and care for their mental health.

โNormal operations will resume on November 4, 2025 (Tuesday).
