CNHS Students Gather in Faith and Unity During the Holy Mass

As we begin another school year, CNHS students gathered in prayer and thanksgiving, seeking God’s guidance and blessings for the journey ahead. May this celebration strengthen our faith, inspire us to do our best, and remind us to face every challenge with courage and hope.

Another day of learning, meeting new people, and creating memories that will last a lifetime. As we continue this new school year, may we stay motivated, work hard, and never stop striving for our goals. Every lesson learned, every challenge faced, and every moment shared with classmates helps us grow into better versions of ourselves.

𝙏𝙃𝙀 𝙎𝙐𝙎𝙋𝙀𝙉𝙎𝙄𝙊𝙉 𝙊𝙁 𝘾𝙇𝘼𝙎𝙎𝙀𝙎 𝙃𝘼𝙎 𝘽𝙀𝙀𝙉 𝙇𝙄𝙁𝙏𝙀𝘿

𝙏𝙃𝘼𝙏'𝙎 𝙉𝙊𝙏 𝙇𝙐𝘾𝙆, 𝙏𝙃𝘼𝙏'𝙎 𝙂𝙊𝘿'𝙎 𝙋𝙍𝙊𝙏𝙀𝘾𝙏𝙄𝙊𝙉

On what was supposed to be an ordinary first day of class, students stands proudly for the traditional flag ceremony that marks the beginning of a new school year.

Laughter echoed through the school grounds, fellow students greet with warm smiles and friend catch-ups.

Then without a warning, the earth shook, causing fear and uncertainty to students, parents and teachers.

But, at the very moment the earthquake struck, most of the learners were not inside classrooms.

They were outside, gathered in lines for the flag ceremony which found them already gathered in safer areas instead in enclosed spaces,tall buildings and risky areas.

For many, it was a coincidence but for others, it is a reminder of divine protection in the midst of uncertainty.

Moments like these have a way of humbling us like in a world filled with uncertainties, perhaps the greatest lesson is even during the moments that shake us, there are reasons to be thankful and sometimes, amid fear and confusion, we are reminded that we are never truly alone.

A strong earthquake was felt in our municipality today. We encourage everyone to remain calm, stay informed through official advisories, check on their loved ones, and follow established safety protocols. Let us continue to look out for one another and be prepared for possible aftershocks.

We started this academic year with our Flag Ceremony, standing together in unity, respect, and pride for our country and our school.
