Why do we follow a payment first policy?
To make things clear for everyone, here’s why:

➡️Please note that your order was custom-made — involving time, effort, and materials specifically for your request. Since these items cannot be reused or resold to others, a cancellation at this stage results in wasted resources and potential losses on our part.
2️⃣"Anha sana akung order kuhaon rana nako og naa nakoy pambayad"
➡️Please understand that we’re not a storage facility.
We can’t hold or delay finished orders for a long time until it’s convenient for you to pick them up or settle payment. We manage our schedule carefully to make sure every customer gets their order on time and with good service.
