The Municipality of Compostela – Office of the Mayor announces the resumption of face-to-face classes effective Wednesday, September 23, 2026.

🏫 All classes in all levels will resume in both public and private schools within the Municipality of Compostela.

😷 REMINDER: All students, teachers, school personnel, and parents/guardians are encouraged to always wear a facemask, especially while inside school premises and in crowded areas, as a precautionary health measure.

For Tuesday, September 22, 2026, CSTHS shall continue teaching and learning through Flexible Learning Options via online synchronous classes, pursuant to the Municipality of Compostela’s suspension of face-to-face classes and in accordance with DepEd Order No. 014, s. 2026.

Face-to-face classes remain suspended; learning continues online.

Despite the temporary suspension of face-to-face classes, Compostela Science and Technology High School (CSTHS) continues to uphold learning continuity through online synchronous classes under the Alternative Delivery Mode (ADM).

This learning arrangement is implemented pursuant to the Municipality of Compostela’s suspension of face-to-face classes and in accordance with DepEd Order No. 014, s. 2026 – Guidelines on Learning Continuity in Emergencies, ensuring that learning continues while prioritizing the health, safety, and well-being of our learners and teaching personnel.
