Project LAmbat (Learning Academics: Mastering the Basics in Arithmetic and Texts) - Lahat Angat: Aral Tayo Program is made possible by the Local Government Unit of Claveria, led by Hon. Lucille Angelus Guillen-Yapo, in partnership with the DepEd Schools Division of Cagayan, headed by SDS Dr. Reynante Z. Caliguiran, and the PSDS of Claveria East District, Dr. Dennis John M. Espinoza.
This initiative has undergone extensive deliberations to refine its framework and ensure it provides the best support for our learners.
Today, we proudly present the journey of Project LAmbat and the first batch of learners who have successfully completed their LAmbat education.

Isang mainit na pagbati sa lahat ng mga Cagayanong mag-aaral na magsisitapos ngayong taon. Isa na namang yugto ng inyong buhay mag-aaral ang inyong napagtagumpayan!
Today marks the celebration of the years of hard work and perseverance you have unwaveringly poured out in getting your basic education. And kudos, for you have successfully reached this moment of triumph.
As you celebrate this significant occasion with your loved ones, take a moment to reflect on the journey you have ventured. I know that in order to be in the place where you are right now, you struggled, you were challenged, but congratulations for you have emerged stronger, wiser, and now ready to embark on a new journey.
Yes, this is not yet the finish line but this is just the beginning of a more noble and meaningful adventure. We don’t know the things that await you in the next path that you are to take, but take heart for you are now equipped with the knowledge, skills, and values you needed as you take the next step. Thus, along the way, never forget the lessons you learned from your teachers, classmates, and friends that shaped you into the persons you are today. Carry them with you as you forge ahead into the future.
Moreover, as you move forward, I encourage you to continuously make a positive difference in your respective communities. As the torchbearers of the future of our country, you have so much potential and so much to give. Your spirit of innovation, vigor, and resilience is boundless, and it is this spirit that we need; this will propel our nation forward into a new Philippines.
