A quick refresh of 2 bedroom unit in Primeworld district to meet client’s budget and tight time line.

Project garage extension.

From bare land to usable space. Original scope of work was to landscape, concrete garage flooring and gate resembling the front of the house.

As typhoon Tino hit Cebu and severely affected the area, electricity and water became a problem. With that in mind the owner decided to proceed with a dirty kitchen extension to be able to do cooking when there would be blackouts and do a proper rain collection system to collect rain water for daily use to mitigate the lack of water, now the extension and water system is done and is now collecting ample amount of rain water being used in the residence.

Villa 8 🏠

A proposed villa extension.

With existing limited spaces, we were tasked with creating additional spaces on the limited parcel of land in which we were able to extend and re arrange user flow to elevate the user experience.

Renovation is on going, will be posting photos of the before and after real soon.

A Proposed Rest House.

This design project had required us to re build on the current foundations left by the previously demolished house. With that in mind, we decided to build on the ground floor foundation and designed and arranged properly smart home pre fabricated units on it. This brought the cost down, project delivery date faster and more efficient.

Though it is designed with the stack of smart home units, we were still able to incorporate everything together and add design elements of the previously demolished structure to make it into one new cohesive bldg.
