We are now officially accepting shed samples! 🐍🧬

To get started, contact us through the number provided on our page, then follow the step-by-step guide below. ⬇️

FAQs outside the pictures:

- We are currently completing and fully equipping our Thailand facility. For now, shed testing may take 1–2+ months. Once the facility is fully operational, our goal is to reduce turnaround time to 1–2 weeks from the date of submission. Please bear with us for the time being.

- Recommended size of the shed samples are thumb size or a little bigger but you may send the whole shed as long as dried properly. No required number but 3-4 thumb sized sheds from different locations of the whole snake shed would be best! Top scales (smaller sized ones) are preferred.

- Exact address to where the sheds will be sent upon PM. You can message our Instagram Page or page.

- A clear photo of the snake is required for each shed test. Pictures may be sent via your preferred communication channel (WhatsApp, Viber, or Messenger) with the tagged Serial ID with each image.

- Desiccant packets are recommended NOT required.

- Tests for other species are offered as long as they are in the Rare Genetics Inc website.
