𝐏𝐚𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐮𝐧𝐠𝐨𝐠 𝐧𝐢 𝐉𝐨𝐬𝐞 returns with its theme, “𝙅𝙤𝙨𝙚𝙣𝙞𝙖𝙣 𝙇𝙚𝙖𝙙𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙝𝙞𝙥, 𝙍𝙚𝙘𝙤𝙡𝙡𝙚𝙘𝙩 𝙃𝙚𝙖𝙧𝙩: 𝙃𝙤𝙣𝙤𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙀𝙭𝙘𝙚𝙡𝙡𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙚 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙎𝙚𝙧𝙫𝙞𝙘𝙚 𝘽𝙚𝙮𝙤𝙣𝙙 𝙎𝙚𝙡𝙛”, a celebration that recognizes those who lead with integrity, serve with compassion, and inspire beyond their roles.

Guided by Caritas et Scientia, the Josenian community comes together to honor the dedication and service of our SSC Officers, CCSO Officers, and Commissioners. Their leadership reflects a commitment to excellence beyond self and a purpose rooted in compassion and knowledge.

Justin Roma, a first-year BS Architecture student, and his family were among those heavily affected by the fire in Sitio Upper Kabanayan, Bulacao, Talisay City, Cebu last May 12, 2026. The damage has been extensive, leaving them in a position of great need.

| The proposed constitutional amendments aim to strengthen student participation, representation, and accountability within the SSC.

📍 The SSC Cabinet shall be established under the Office of the President through Executive Commissions to provide Josenians with more opportunities to engage in advocacy-driven initiatives and sectoral programs
📍 The Council of College Student Organizations (CCSO) shall be supervised by the Office of the Vice-President to strengthen coordination and representation among student organizations, the SSC, and the administration
📍 SSC officers may be impeached if the name or resources of the Council are used to support partisan political causes, ensuring that the SSC remains strictly non-partisan as an institution
📍 The revised Constitution shall take effect during the 46th Congress upon ratification, allowing the 45th Congress to serve as a transition period for the proper implementation of constitutional changes

| After 7 public sessions, the Draft SSC 2026 Constitution is now adopted for plebiscite!

📍 The SSC fee shall be P60.00 for every regular semester and P60.00 for every summer upon enrolment
📍 The Public Information Officer shall be included among the Executive Committee Officers of the Supreme Student Council
📍 The SSC Council of College Student Organizations (CCSO), SSC Cabinet, Commission on Elections, and Commission on Audit shall be established as Constitutional Bodies
📍 Permanent committees under the Legislative Branch shall include Budget & Finance, Student Affairs, Justice, Ways and Means, Appointments, Insurance, Repairs and Maintenance, Social Responsibility, and Research and Archives
