How to avoid Digital Eye Strain, also called Computer Vision Syndrome:

1. Follow the 20-20-20 Rule
-Take a 20 second break to stare at something 20ft. away every 20 minutes.

2. Blink at least 15 times per minute.

3. Make sure that you're room is well-lit.

4. Make sure that you are 20-28 inches from the monitor and the center of the screen is eye-level.

5. Make sure to maintain good posture, do not slouch.

6. Limit your usage of gadgets and devices.

7. Consult your local Optometrists.
