Merry Christmas from our small bad student family to yours π This year has been a crazy ride (and itβs always a crazy rollercoaster ride every year we would say π) but immigrating to a different country to be with the one you love and starting the studio again from scratch (in our living room lol) is another. 20 photos and 20 tags in this post ainβt enough to show all the behind the scenes, incredible and genuine ppl weβve had the honor to work with, all the times our studio manager βNidoβ πββ¬ comforted us knowing weβre far from our family in the Philippines, our friends who stood as our chosen families and always tried to bring a piece of home to us so weβd feel less lonely. Weβre very very thankful of the community and the neighborhood we are in, everyone who chipped in to be part of this beautiful ride. I hope you know we see you and if there was a way to hug each one of you right now, we would. Thank you again for being part of our 2025. ππ₯Ήβ¨
Special mention to .of.love.in.sunnyside for believing in us π«Ά thank you Carl!
And to .nyc for helping us share this wonderful gift of art to the community β¨
Much love and gratitude,

Hello Bad Students π€To kick-off the new year, we are teaming up with .sans.press and turning our PH studio into a Risograph PokΓ©mon Gym for a day! π΅πβ‘οΈ
Join us for PokΓ© Deck Print& Play, where you can draw, print, play, and trade with your own 2-color Risograph printed PokΓ©mon cards. Whether youβre a longtime PokΓ©mon fan, a Risograph enthusiast, curious to try something new, or a mix of everything, this Risograph workshop is perfect for everyone.
In this hands-on 3 hour class, participants will make their own PokΓ©mon cards using illustration and the Risograph machine. You will learn the process and mechanisms of Riso printing and how to layer colors to create a unique set of 2 color prints.
