We would like to appeal for your kindness and sympathy, our family is going through so much. Our mother is recently diagnosed with ovarian cancer and is immediately needing an operation. Our family cannot afford the surgery and other medical bills with our current financial situation. After the surgery, she still has to undergo chemotherapy until she’s cancer free.

She has been in and out of hospitals for months now. It started last March 2021 when she was treated for “manas”. Gradually, her abdomen started swelling. It has been accumulating fluid for months. We have consulted with different doctors as there are a lot of possible reason for the swelling/bloating. With multiple tests, CT scan, and ultrasounds, all results came back normal. Last July 12, she had a paracentesis or draining of abdominal fluid. Almost 5 liters of water had been drained from her body. They had run some tests from the fluid and her blood. Her CA 125 is abnormally high (5000>). Her OB Gynecologist confirmed that there is a tumor in both of her ovaries that is causing the accumulation of fluid in her abdomen. She needed to have the operation before the fluid accumulates again. Our family is appealing for your kindness and financial assistance.
