The Bayawan City Science and Technology Education Center High School successfully conducted its State of the School Address (SOSA) 2026, delivered by our School Principal, Sir Jeffrey B. Cadelina, on July 29, 2026, at the BCSTEC JHS Science Laboratory.

In his address, he reflected on the school's milestones, recognized the unwavering dedication of the entire BCSTEC-HS community, and shared the vision that will steer the institution toward greater heights. More than a presentation of accomplishments, the SOSA served as a renewed call for excellence, innovation, accountability, and collective commitment as we continue shaping the future of quality science and technology education. 💡
