You’ve bought or made this stunning cake and now it’s time to cut it…but HOW?! There’s a few simple rules to follow in order to get the most out of your cake in the cleanest way possible! 🌸 It’s always easier to cut a cold cake 🌸 Remove the decorations from the cake before cutting and serve separately (easier than cutting through them) 🌸 Cut the cake in strips and use a chopping board to divide into smaller pieces 🌸 Clean the knife in between cuttings (which I failed to do so here 😂) Something to remember - cakes go a long way so start off my cutting up to half the cake and then using buttercream or clingfilm to seal the open end to stop it from drying out 🙌🏼 What’s your best cutting cake technique? ✨ #cakecutting #cakecut #satisfying #cakedesign #cakelover #layeredcake
