Centering jesus is greater than priotizing jesus.

DI IBIG SABIHIN NETO WAG MO NA IPRIORITIZE.

Na wag mo na siya iseek first lagi in our daily lives.

It only means na dapat when we prioritize him.

It will lead to him becoming our center.

Anu pinag kaiba ba?

Okay, siguro madami mag disagree, pero hear me out.

When we prioritize lang siya. Ang tanung natin, san siya naka rank.

Of course, we need to prioritize him daily.

Priotizing him is the STARTING POINT.

Matthew 6:33 - But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.

This is the very foundation of a christ like life, where Disicpleship is evident sa buhay natin.

Kailangan to, kasi we are teaching ourselves spiritual disicpline.

Pero bakit higit ang pagcecenter vs priotizing him?

Kasi as humans, we tend to get distracted or we tend to get busy.

Yan ang realidad. Schoolwork, trabaho, ministry, kaibigan, hobbies at iba pa.

Limited lang kasi talaga ang oras.

Sabi sa 1 john 15:4-5
4 Abide in Me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, unless it abides in the vine, neither can you, unless you abide in Me.

5 “I am the vine, you are the branches. He who abides in Me, and I in him, bears much fruit; for without Me you can do fnothing.

Abide in me, ibig sabihin.
Mananatili tayo.

Kahit anu mangyare, the problem in just priotizing him in our lives. Minsan nagcocompatamentalize tayo.

Pumupunta lang tayo kay God pag convenient lang o pag kailangan lang.

Hindi na every season nangyayare. Hindi na intentional.

Di lang siya schedule mo, kundi siya na source ng lahat.

Romans 11:36
For from him and through him and to him are all things. To him be the glory forever! Amen.

He is our source. Kasi pag priority lang siya when under pressure nawawala sa picture si jesus. Nagbabago, kasi iba't iba tayo ng estado.

Iba't iba tayo ng schedule. Our live gets busy as well. We tend to get distracted, busy and easily swayed.

Kung siya ang center, we form our lives in him.

Each decision, pag gising mo pa lang. Ang laging tanung mo, is this for God

Will this glorify him more and honor him more?

Centering God is about making him lord in our lives.

You can manage priorities without Jesus,
but you cannot live the Christian life without Jesus as the center.

Colossians 1:17 — “In Him all things hold together”

Pag siya ang center natin, everything holds together.

Spiritual infancy: “I give Jesus time”
Spiritual maturity: “I depend on Jesus for life”

John 15:5 — “Apart from Me you can do nothing”

Prioritizing Jesus is how we begin following Him; centering Jesus is what happens as we grow in Him.

There are two kinds of pride.

Self pitying and Boasting.

Pride of the weak and pride of the strong.

STOP DOING TRANSACTIONAL WORSHIP.

It should be relational and not transactional.

Your worship becomes transactional because you expect something from being obedient and from offering.

It should be the result of your relationship, and asking in him in faith for the desires of our heart.

Nagbabago kasi, pupunta tayo sa kanya para humingi laman.

Minsan yung hinihingi natin mali pa. Hindi pa sa will niya.

Worship shouldn't be transactional, it is relational.

Sabi sa Micah 6:6-8
"With what shall I come before the Lord, and bow myself before God on high? Shall I come before him with burnt offerings, with calves a year old? He has told you, O man, what is good; and what does the Lord require of you but to do justice, and to love kindness, and to walk humbly with your God?"

God isn’t impressed by worship that’s only ritual or “payment for blessing.”

"For I desire steadfast love and not sacrifice, the knowledge of God rather than burnt offerings."
Hosea 6:6

Clearly God, desires is love and obedience above all the offerings and worship you will give him.

Gusto niya heart mo, gusto niya relationship sayo.

Di siya genie na hihiling na lang tayo.

It is not transactional, na when we do this so we can receive this.

It should be the result ng pagmamahal natin. Yung worship, yung obedience and yung offerings.
