Running gets us through tough days, but it also reminds us that no path has to be traversed in isolation. As we mark Su***de Prevention Month, let’s normalize leaning on each other when things feel like too much.

You can talk things out during a jog or simply be around the team without saying a word. This community will always be a safe space for you.

Check on your run buddies today. A simple “How are you really doing?” can mean everything.

Recovery is just as important as the mileage! We asked our members who tried Stretch Lab Philippines about their experience and here’s what Jin Gray had to say about his full-body recovery session.

Ready to level up your pre- and post-run care? Visit Stretch Lab Philippines in Angeles City and City of San Fernando, Pampanga! 📍✨

So hyped to see everyone tomorrow! 🧡 Grab your hydration, bring a extra shirt, and let’s get those miles in together! 💨

At syempre, sending big love to the relentless, high-energy support crew of the Infinity Running Community who showed up way before the 42KM gun start to set-up the cheer station!
