Negosyo Center Numancia will be closed on April 9, 2026 (Thursday) in observance of the Araw ng Kagitingan, which is a nationwide regular holiday.

Furthermore, we will be on a Work-From-Home setup the following day on April 10, 2026 (Friday).

Regular office operations will resume on April 13, 2026 (Monday).

Pursuant to Proclamation No. 1006, s. 2025, declaring April 9 as a Regular Holiday in observance of Day of Valor (Araw ng Kagitingan), this is to inform the public that the DTI Aklan Provincial Office and Negosyo Centers will be CLOSED on THURSDAY, April 9, and will be on a Work-From-Home setup on Friday, April 10.

Negosyo Center Numancia will be closed on Wednesday, March 18, 2026, in observance of Panay Liberation Day, a Special Non-Working Holiday in the Islands of Panay and Romblon.

Pursuant to Proclamation No. 430, s. 1989 declaring every 18th of March each year as Victory Day or Panay Liberation Day, a Special Non-Working Holiday in the Islands of Panay and Romblon, this is to inform the public that the DTI Aklan Provincial Office and Negosyo Centers will be CLOSED on WEDNESDAY, March 18.

Regular office operations will resume on THURSDAY, March 19, 2026.

Under R.A. 7581 (Price Act), here is a list of government agencies and basic necessities that they monitor the prices and supply of:

1. Department of Agriculture (DA) - rice, corn, and root crops, fresh and dried fish, and other marine products, fresh eggs, fresh pork and poultry meat, fresh milk, fresh vegetables, and fresh fruits, sugar, and cooking oil

2. Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) - canned fish and other marine products, processed milk and coffee, laundry soap and detergent, bread, salt, and potable water in bottles/containers, candles, and locally-manufactured instant noodles

3. Department of Health (DOH) - drugs and medicines included in the Philippine National Drug Formulary (PNDF) Essential Drugs List (EDL) current edition

4. Department of Energy (DOE) - household Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) and kerosene

5. Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) - firewood and charcoal

The new office schedule, effective MARCH 13, 2026 is as follows:

🏦 ONSITE OPERATIONS (Monday to Thursday)
DTI Aklan Provincial Office and Negosyo Centers will remain open during regular office hours, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, for all walk-in transactions and frontline services.

💻 WORK-FROM-HOME (Friday)
Employees shall work from home but queries and concerns will still be catered through online.
