Design Engineer - Low Voltage Switchboard

1. Prepare engineering drawings including General Arrangement (GA), Single Line Diagrams (SLD),

2. Bill of Materials (BOM), schematic diagrams, control wiring diagrams, and terminal details using AutoCAD and E-Plan.

3. Proficiency and hands-on experience in AutoCAD and E-Plan is a mandatory requirement.

4. Ensure designs comply with applicable IEC standards and Perform sizing calculations, discrimination studies, and coordination studies throughout project stages.

5. To Participate in project review meetings, providing updates to management and coordinating with internal teams to align design activities with project objectives and timelines.

6. To Provide technical support to the sales team during proposal stages and coordinate with the estimation team to review project specifications and offer optimized solutions.

7. Submit all necessary calculation & technical documentation for project closure.

8. Create and manage material codes, technical specification, and descriptions for procurement purposes.

9. Ensure that all project designs are completed on time, within budget, and in line with the approved engineering standards and specifications.

10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues, provide customer-specific solutions, and meet stakeholder expectations.
11. Exhibit strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and a positive, solution-oriented approach under pressure to meet time-sensitive deadlines.

Electrical Technician (Low Voltage Panel Wiring )

Job Description

1. Hands-on wiring experience of low voltage switchgear & control gear assembly and sound knowledge of various electrical control schemes and wiring of DOL & Star Delta starters, VFD’s, Soft starters, ATS Scheme, AMF scheme, PLC’s, Protection relays,
2. Measuring instruments & control devices.
3. Should be able to complete wiring as per control wiring diagram, troubleshooting and modification activities independently.
4. Knowledge of reading electrical circuit diagrams and symbols.
5. Assisting in testing of panel as per drawing & control philosophy.
6. Assisting in Pre-commissioning & Commissioning at site.
7. Ensure electrical wiring work is carried out to the highest levels of quality workmanship /accuracy and with minimal wastage.
8. Should adapt and be flexible to working environment, Sincere, hardworking & punctual.
9. Team player & able to complete assigned jobs on time as per schedule.

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer – QA & Testing to support testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of LV switchgear and control systems. The role requires hands-on expertise and the ability to manage both factory and site-based activities independently.
Responsibilities include:
1. Testing/commissioning of ACBs, MCCBs, Contactors, Relays, VFDs, Soft Starters, AC Motors, Starter Panels, Control & PLC Panels, AMF/ATS Panels.
2. Functional and operational testing per control schematics.
3. Configure, test, troubleshoot relays, VFDs, soft starters, controllers, protection devices, and interlocking schemes.
4. Perform CT/VT ratio, injection testing, insulation, dielectric, safety & functional tests using calibrated equipment.
5. Interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and apply IEC standards.
6. Perform site-based testing and commissioning to meet specifications.
7. Conduct inward inspection, in-process checks, and prepare reports.
8. Ensure timely completion of tests as per project schedules.
9. Submit all technical documentation and records.
10. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and provide customer-specific solutions.
11. Maintain professional communication with clients during all testing phases.
12. Take ownership of tasks and ensure successful ex*****on of service/project orders.
Required: Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, independent working, effective customer communication, and a solution-oriented mindset with a commitment to quality, safety, and on-time delivery.

JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Hands-on working experience in low voltage switchgear & control gear assembly and
sound knowledge of various electrical component installation such as ACB, MCCB,
Contactor, Switches & Isolator & it’s accessories, and fittings.
2. Should be able to complete the assembly of form-4 and form-2 enclosure with
component & busbar arrangement as per layout, able to take measurements and busbar
fabrication activity independently.
3. Able to complete retrofitting and modification activities at site independently.
4. Utilize manpower, machinery, and material efficiently and effectively.
5. Ensure mechanical fitting & Busbar fabrication work is carried out to the highest levels of
quality workmanship and accuracy with minimal wastage.
6. Should adapt and be flexible to working environment, Sincere, hardworking & punctual.
7.Team player & able to complete assigned jobs on time as per schedule.
