ICpEP Oman EXECOM Meeting Highlights

The ICpEP Oman Executive Committee convened its July meeting to discuss program delivery, membership updates, and preparations for upcoming organizational events. Key points included the rollout of professional development initiatives, updates on membership systems and certificates, and planning for the annual meeting in August as well as a tentative technical conference and conferment in October. Administrative matters such as kit renewals were also reviewed.

The meeting reaffirmed the chapter’s commitment to advancing professional development, fostering collaboration, and strengthening its role within the computing community.

Muscat, Oman – May 30, 2026. The ASEAN Engineer Register (AER) Conferment Ceremony was successfully held at the Wyndham Gardens Hotel, Al Khuwair, Muscat, marking a milestone in advancing engineering excellence and collaboration across ASEAN.

The ceremony’s highlight was the Conferee Charging and Oath‑Taking, both administered by 𝑬𝒏𝒈𝒓. 𝑹𝒐𝒎𝒖𝒍𝒐 𝑹. 𝑨𝒈𝒂𝒕𝒆𝒑, 𝑪𝒉𝒂𝒊𝒓𝒎𝒂𝒏 𝒐𝒇 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝑬𝒏𝒈𝒊𝒏𝒆𝒆𝒓𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑹𝒆𝒈𝒊𝒔𝒕𝒓𝒚 𝑩𝒐𝒂𝒓𝒅. His leadership ensured the solemnity and integrity of the program, inspiring conferees to embrace their responsibilities as ASEAN Engineers with professionalism, innovation, and honor.

We also extend appreciation to 𝑬𝒏𝒈𝒓. 𝑻𝒓𝒆𝒔𝒆 𝑻.
