اختتمنا مشاركة أوتورد باوند عُمان في أسبوع عُمان للاستدامة 2026 بحضور مثرٍ من فريق المؤسسة والزوار الكرام

وحصلت أوتورد باوند عُمان على الجائزة الفضية في فئة الممارسات البيئية والاجتماعية والحوكمة ضمن جوائز أسبوع عُمان للاستدامة 2026. وشارك المدرب التنفيذي الأول محمد الشبلي في إحدى الجلسات النقاشية للأسبوع. كما أتاح لنا معرض عمان للاستدامة والزيارة الميدانية لمركزنا التدريبي في مسقط فرصة اللقاء بخريجي برامجنا الذين عبروا عن الأثر الممتد من مشاركتهم في برامجنا المختلفة

We successfully concluded an engaging participation of Outward Bound Oman in Oman Sustainability Week 2026

During the week, Outward Bound Oman won the Silver Award in the (ESG) Practices category at the Oman Sustainability Week Awards 2026. We were also pleased to have our chief instructor, Mohammed Al Shibli, contribute to one of the week’s insightful panel discussions. Our participation in the Oman Sustainability Exhibition and the visit to our Muscat training center also provided a valuable opportunity to reconnect with alumni and reflect on the lasting impact of our programmes

We extend our sincere thanks to everyone who visited us during the event. We remain committed to advancing and inspiring more sustainable thinking and practices across our operations and programmes

Over two inspiring days at the Offseas 2026 Conference in Kuala Lumpur, the Outward Bound Oman team connected with a passionate global community in outdoor experiential learning, enriched by meaningful conversations and valuable collaboration opportunities

We were also proud to share insights from OBO’s experience in delivering desert-based expeditions, highlighting the unique challenges and the transformative impact of learning in such environments

Drawing on over 16 years of OBO programmes in the deserts of Oman, our instructor Shuhd Al Jafari will be leading a session at Offseas 2026 in Kuala Lumpur

Her session, Desert Expedition Equipment and Technology, explores how integrated systems of equipment and technology enable the delivery of safe, efficient, and inclusive desert-based experiential learning programmes
