SENIOR FRONT OF HOUSE TEAM MEMBER /DUTY MANAGER

We are looking for a customer service extraordinaire to fill a full-time role in one of Whanganui's busiest and most popular restaurants. The Rutland Arms is renowned for our top-notch service, fantastic food, and extensive selection of craft beer and gin. This role is for approximately 35 - 40 hours per week (with two-consecutive full days off) and includes a mixture of day, night and weekend shifts.

At the Rutland, our focus is always on providing our customers with an outstanding dining experience, and to do that we need to make sure that you have what it takes to be a super-star team member! Are you:

* Experienced in a table service role;
* Experienced in barista service
* Experienced in leading a team during a shift (previous/current holder of a Licensed Controller Qualification an advantage)
* Socially confident, SUPER service orientated and very personable;
* Able to cope with the demands of working in a fast-paced, high pressure restaurant environment;
* Savvy with technology, and able to quickly come up to speed with our Tablet Ordering system;
* Extremely reliable and punctual
* A holder of a Full Driver’s License, as evening shifts will often finish after 10pm.
