Open Gym is all about freedom, fun, and movement! It’s a relaxed, supervised session where athletes can explore skills at their own pace, try new things, and simply enjoy being in the gym. While our regular classes are structured and goal-driven, Open Gym is the perfect chance to play, create, and build confidence in a low-pressure environment.

It’s also a great space for gymnasts and dancers to come in, use our equipment, and practice their skills in a supportive setting. Athletes often discover new passions, gain confidence, and strengthen friendships along the way. Sessions are unstructured but supervised by our awesome coaches to keep things safe and positive.
