Don’t be afraid to start. Start where you are, with what you’ve got!Those who are further along their journey towards their goals didn’t get there by luck or chance. They started at the same place you will. They made progress by being consistent and disciplined. You will too. Body Lab Personal Trainers works with people of all fitness levels. We love introducing clients to the gym who may never have stepped foot in one before, just as much as we love pushing experienced clients to their upper limits.

Level 2 Update:
Now that we have been briefed on our level 2 protocols we can begin to pass on more information to you.
We will resume personal training sessions and Bootcamps from Monday 18th May. Over the next couple of days we will endeavour to contact all our existing clients who had regular sessions prior to lockdown. Once we have booked those regular time slots we will begin to fill in the remaining time slots.
If you were not a regular personal training client prior to lockdown but would like to begin seeing a trainer, you absolutely can do this provided you are a member of Zero Limits or hold a concession card. You are able to join up at this time but you cannot visit the gym on a casual basis.

A few main points:
*
* On arrival be prepared to sign in (BYO pen is preferred) and sanitise your hands.
*
* 2m spacing must be adhered to.
*
* Stay away if you are unwell or have been in contact with anyone who is unwell.
*
* You must bring a sweat towel and drink bottle. Drinking fountain is not available.
*
* All equipment must be sanitised after use. Be mindful of what you touch.
*
* Bootcamp sessions will be limited to 5 participants. Booking will be first in first served. We will advise how to book.
*
* Zero Limits group fitness timetable and class numbers to be advised shortly.
*
* No kids club at this stage.
*
* BYO resistance band for personal training and Bootcamps please.
*
We can’t wait to see you all again soon but let’s keep in mind that we are learning as we go and it’s bound to take a week or so to settle in to our new normal. Go easy on yourself and others ❤️

Only 22 days until Christmas 😱🎅🏻 amongst the added pressure (and social events) that this time of year brings, don’t forget to prioritise what makes you feel good. Dedicate a small portion of your day to your health and well-being, it will help you get through allll the madness 🙃 We will keep you in the loop with the awesome group fitness classes/bootcamps that are currently still running as usual and as always, flick through a message if you need that one on one push 💪
