It’s hard to believe it’s already been a few weeks since CeMAT AUSTRALIA 2025!
We’re still buzzing as we look back through all the incredible photos from the event.

Pallet Racking building consents
When planning to build, reconfigure, or refit a warehouse in New Zealand, it's essential to comply with the New Zealand Building Code.

The Canterbury earthquakes highlighted the need for storage racking systems and shelves to be designed and maintained to withstand seismic activity.
Given New Zealand's vulnerability to earthquakes, both bulk storage facilities and retail stores must integrate content restraint into their hazard identification and maintenance programs to enhance safety.
Restraint Standards and Regulations
Restraint of building contents is governed by the standard NZS 4104:1994, which specifies conditions for securing building contents. Building owners and employers must be well-versed with this standard to ensure compliance.
Shelving and Racking Systems
Shelving and racking systems, especially those supporting items above 1.2 meters in height and weighing more than 5 kg, must be adequately restrained to prevent them from toppling during seismic events.
