Kia Ora, Training today at Small bone park 6pm. Plyometrics and depending on weather either step work or cardio. if the fields are dry we will alternate steps and cardio.

Also, looking to do a Early Saturday walk session 8am trough the redwoods, come out at waipa and through the Hemo gorge and finish at the top end of Te Puia.

Great 1st up effort considering the weather, good turn out and blow out whānau. Ate up the 100,60,40s.

Next training Wednesday 6pm. Small bone park.
