Sometimes the best thing you can do for the farm is leave it behind for a couple of hours. Rural Riders is about getting off farm, hitting the trails and spending time with good people who understand rural life. Whether you’re riding for the first time or you’ve been on a mountain bike for years, there’s a place for you. Fresh air. Good company. Mud if you’re lucky.

RAW 2026 | Meet the artist #1

We’re excited to welcome Geraldine Burns as one of two talented local artists showcasing their work in the Bayleys Raglan office over Raglan Arts Weekend.

Geraldine’s beautiful photography captures the mood, movement and ever-changing beauty of Whāingaroa -from wild coastlines and dramatic skies to those quieter moments in between. She has a vast range of images in her library of analogue film and digital photos that often evoke feelings, emotions, memories. Her creative eye is also a familiar one around our community, with her photography and design bringing the pages of much-loved Raglan mag LOCAL RAG. to life -grab your free copy just outside our office.

We’re making over part of the Bayleys office into little creative studio for the weekend, showcasing local artists and their work.

Labour Weekend from 24–26 October, with artists and studios open across Raglan and beyond.

This year, we’re delighted to have Geraldine Burns and Megan Hockly showcasing their work in the Bayleys Raglan office. Pop in, have a look, meet the artists and enjoy a little taste of the creativity happening right here in our community.
