UP Surf Coaching Raglan

If you've done our 3 day course but didn't get any tiny days, this week looks really good for getting comfortable out the bag and improving your timing for catching unbroken waves. We've got a few spots if you want to join all 3 days or just the last Thursday and Friday sessions.

Or if you're a total beginner/ haven't done the course, it's a great opportunity to learn fast in ideal conditions before it gets colder😆

Big swells this week in Japan have led us to some beautiful spots up and down the coast.

Fun times in a quite corner of Indo for the first coaching week. Great group of guys all improving nicely and even some first barrels going down🔥🇯🇵next!

Winter 2025....a little different this year, planted thousands of native trees with , felt good to offset my past and future travels a bit and get fit. Not too much surfing but a few uncrowded seshs thanks to Maori boardriders and now back in Indo for some coaching adventures 🙏🏾🌴

Massive thanks to and my beautiful wife for holding the fort while I topped up the stoke levels the last 2 weeks!

Back underway with beginner courses for the season. The water's warmer than this time last year, pumping and glassy yesterday! Got some new boards and a new coach Willow who is frothing on surfing and great with people. Our dates are starting to fill, check them out on the website. And have a great summer 😎

It's hard to plan ahead when we're enjoying almost tropical weather and good waves here at home(hope you've been getting your share!)

We are going back to this special part of Indonesia in late April, early May for a coaching trip. Get in touch if you're interested in 7 days of being filmed in fun, uncrowded waves with a small group of 4 others. We have a few spots left.

This is aimed at short-boarders confident surfing reefbreaks that can be quite hollow and powerful at times. Although there are many spots with fun easy waves too, a good mix.
