Big shout out to Clinton and the Richmond Saddlery and Horse Feed Store for their generosity! 3 brand new pairs of riding boots for our program. Thank you so much!

Kia ora! We’re on the hunt for some extra riding boots to fill the gaps on our shelves. We’re in need of more size 5, 6, 9, 9.5 & 10’s. Any donations would be greatly appreciated , thanks!

A horse, a skilled coach, and a supportive environment can make a world of difference.

Thanks to a $17,600 NZCT grant, Motueka RDA can continue delivering therapeutic riding programmes that help riders build confidence, wellbeing, communication skills and independence. Three days a week, riders are supported by dedicated volunteers, specially trained horses, and riding coach Stella Hayes.

Volunteer Sue Bethell says “... Stella goes above and beyond to ensure that the participants taking part in the therapeutic riding activities achieve results and have an enjoyable fun experience”.

This is another example of how our responsible gambling fundraising partnership with the Hotel Motueka is delivering fantastic community outcomes in Motueka.
