According to a recent BBC News report, women are 27% less likely to receive life-saving CPR from bystanders due to the hesitation around removing a bra to apply a defibrillator. It's a gloomy day in Wellington but we have kicked off with an amazing story. Cardiac arrest survivor Heinrich shared his incredible story which happened at rugby training in rural Taranaki. His teammates saved his life with high-quality CPR and kicking in two locked doors to find the AED in the clubroom bar. Thank you Heinrich for sharing your inspiring story.
