Arthouse Architects Ltd’ work on Tāwhaki Nui a Hema Motueka High School’s maths and horticulture classroom block has earned recognition at both regional and national level for its innovative use of mass timber construction.

The project blends sustainability, cultural storytelling, and flexible learning spaces, creating an environment that connects students with nature, local history, and their community.
