XTC Rods and Restoration

Well we gave it a shot but just didn't work out as planned.

Single Turbo setup on a 5.3LS in Chevy Truck all done and running, just needs bigger injectors and a stronger trans then bring on the horsepower!
Next step is tidy up the wiring mess!

All ready for some epoxy primer then smooth it out

Looked like a good one when it came in but once we stripped to bare metal all it's past sins where uncovered.
Still a pretty good base to start with and once it gets over 500 cubes of big block chev in it all sins will be forgiven!
Should we change the wheels? Haha

Engine mocked up in XB falcon sedan so we can fill up all unnecessary holes and smooth out engine bay

Mazda MPS we rolled the rear guards on last week, turned out great and no paint damaged!

Finally got clutch throw out bearing from the states. All plumbed up and out for the first test run. Apart from a small exhaust leak and one blown bulb everything went well. Not far from being thrashed on the street!

Dynamat almost all done on the 38 chev sedan.
Getting close to being finished now.

Fuel injection setup I am doing for the 454, eventually should also have 2 rather large turbos joining it too!

A 454 big block chev I'm working on, new forged pistons, double row timing chain, big mu**er thumber camshaft and large rectangle port heads.
Should hopefully wake up the car it's in!
