We have had such good feedback from the sculputres we have already done that we are looking at our next project

Alot of factors come into play even when doing "simple" jobs like fixing this sump that had the corner broken off.

Being a casting creates its own challenges with the quality of the alloy and the casting process, alloy is a porous metal and poor casting can amplify this, which on parts like sumps meen that the oil soaks into the metal over time

Another challenge is if the casting has been broken under stress the part can hold that stress and when heat is applied in the way of pre heating and welding the part begins to crack even more.

Luckily for us everything went to plan on this sump, here is a few pictures of our process and the finished product, as pictured the weld cap has been left on where possible to add extra strength

Nothing gives us more pride in our work than being sent pictures like this from happy customers.

And the placement he chose we think is perfect!

This customer purchased our first corten stag which you can see in the background on the opposite side of his entry way. when we told him we had a eagle in the works he was intrigued, but when he seen the eagle he had to have it and we could not be happier that it went to him

We are in the process of locking in another corten animal and this one will be our largest piece by far!

Introducing the newest member of the Advanced Engineering family, Frosty

Frosty will be overseeing day to day operations and is the new face of our public relations and HR division
