She's limited. She's gorgeous. She's named Doris.
Haven't tried our sour yet? That's on you. The Doris Plum Gin Sour is only here for a short run. Plum, citrus, gin sour foam, the lot. Get amongst it before someone else does.

That sound. You know the one. 🍺
Frankton Bright IPA: crisp, citrusy, and unapologetically drinkable. Exactly what the afternoon ordered.

Frankton wasn't on anyone's radar. That was kind of the point.
In 2012, we cracked open the doors of an old Hamilton church and started brewing beer inside it. No head office. No shareholders in suits. Just a crew of people in Hamilton who genuinely gave a damn about what went into the tank, and what came out of it.
We could've set up somewhere easier. Somewhere that looked better on a map.
But Frankton was ours, a bit rough around the edges, a bit under the radar, the kind of place where you just get on with it. Turns out, that suited us just fine.
Over a decade on, we're still here. Still brewing in Frankton. We added gin somewhere along the way. Then more gin. Then spirits. Look, it escalated. The church got a bit of a glow-up. The beer got better. The attitude? Pretty much the same.
Good things take time. Good beer takes good people. And good people, it turns out, are everywhere, including Frankton.
The tap room's open and the beer's cold. Come see where it all started. 🍻
