Record steps, distance, and time!
Today's walk had it all. Live streamed the whole thing, the vibes, the pain, the dance moves and even a little jogging 🫣
Finally passed the 6km mark, got 2 more for this years record 8kms! Totaled 17k steps throughout the day

The coolest part of this journey is that even though I made crap choices in the past, I can take small steps now for a better tomorrow.

I needed this today. It was proof of what could be done with consistency and discipline. The focus was the process, not the results, but because the process was solid, the results came.
One day at a time works, one step at a time works, but it's on me to put in the work each day, every time!
This definitely wasn't pretty, but it got done, SEND IT!

The idea was my meal prep for the week, but somehow it turned into everyone's dinner and lunch 🤷🏽
