Unfortunately earlier in the year an administrator of our page was hacked and her profile closed. This was the only full administrator linked to this original Centre page, which means no one has access to manage the page, create new admins, use the advertising features etc.
After extensive work trying to fix the issue, we have resolved that the only way forward is to create a new page and start again.
If you had previously liked our page, or posted feedback, we would appreciate you clicking through to the new page and duplicating your review on the new page.

Little Explorers Early Learning Centre - Rukuhia We are a boutique childcare centre, licenced for 40 children with two seperate learning spaces.
To celebrate ANZAC Day, we did a lot of learning a lot about what ANZAC day is about. We read stories, engaged in conversations, looked at family military medals and we even had our lovely reliever, Dana, come in and play “The Last Post” on her cornet.

We do a lot of baking in preschool, but we thought we would try individual baking... the children follow along the instructions to ensure they have the right amount of each ingredient to make their chocolate chip cookie! What a great (and yummy!) way to explore maths and science, and learn the importance of following instructions.

This week, the tamariki had fun engaging in glue art! The tamariki used leftover boxes with a range of materials such as magazine strips and fallen flowers and leaves.
This experience supported the tamariki to:
- Experiment with different resources
- Express their creativity
- Socialise with other tamariki as they shared materials, tools and ideas
If you have any small boxes, newspapers or magazines that you can spare we would love to use them!

Hi everyone,
Unfortunately one of the admins of our page has had their Facebook account breached. Although it looks like it hasn't affected our page, we wanted to let you all know just in case.
For now, we will not be posting any links or videos on this page, so if one does happen to pop up, please do not click on it, same goes with if you receive strange messages from us!
We are doing our best to get the security breach sorted quickly!

With the move to green light and release of covid restrictions we have been able to let loose many resources that we had to lock away. The portfolios were one resource we were able to bring out and it was a big hit.
