Steel, precision, pride.
Now retired… but his fingerprints are still on this place.
In the middle, Omka Lal.
32 years and still leading from the front.
Our Head Machinist, running both manual machines and high-end CNC lathes.
Holding the standard his father set.
On the left, AJ Lal.
Five years in.
He runs our stainless steel fabrication area.
If it’s stainless… he welded it.
The next generation already leaving his mark.
Grandfather.
Father.
Son.
And they’re not the only ones.
We have other multi-generational families here too.

This ledgend Roger Haul just came to visit, he’s had four Sam’s in his lifetime. He was quick to buy one of the very first espreaders five years ago and spreads upward of 1000 ton per year per farm! That’s 1000x1000kgs! He’s spotted the new second gen screen so we are looking after him with an upgrade in software and screen to take advantage of our continual improvements. Go well Roger
