Recognizing the women making a difference across the security industry.

Melissa Vidakovic, Director of Marketing – the Americas, has been named in the 2026 Security Industry Association (SIA) Women in Security Forum (WISF) Power 100, a list celebrating women who are helping shape the future of the industry.

Through her leadership, Melissa has championed a more human approach to how security is communicated, connecting technology to the people and outcomes it ultimately serves.

“Security is ultimately about protecting people,” says Melissa. “That should extend beyond the solutions we build to how we lead, how we communicate, and how we create space for others to grow. When we humanize what we do, we open the door for more people to see themselves in this industry.”
