THE MOST PRECIOUS GIFT ♡
“Grace to you and peace from God our Father…”
— 2 Corinthians 1:2
There is something powerful about knowing God is our Father. ♡
For the fatherless.
For the wounded.
For the mother carrying everything alone.
For the father learning how to lead.
For the family that is still being restored.
Fatherhood is more than a title — it is a place of comfort, healing, empowerment and covering.
And sometimes, before God can elevate us, He has to heal what has been broken within us.
Don't allow yesterday's pain to become tomorrow's bitterness.
Let God father you.
Let Him restore you.
Let Him teach you what love, protection, sacrifice and covering truly look like.
God is my Father. ♡
And because He is my Father, I can stand in faith for my children, my marriage and my home.
Just because you're having a bad day, don't keep your children from God.
Your emotions don't have to determine their encounter with Him.
There is a covering over our homes.
Just as the Israelites were instructed to place the blood of the lamb over their doorposts in Exodus 12:3, we can look to the greater Lamb — Jesus Christ, the Lamb of God.
Not as a superstition.
Not as a ritual.
But as a declaration of faith in the finished work of Jesus.
“The blood of Jesus covers my home.”
My marriage.
My children.
My heart.
My mind.
May the fragrance of Jesus fill our homes.
May bitterness leave.
May healing come.
May fathers rise.
May mothers be strengthened.
May single mothers know they are not alone.
May children know the love of their Heavenly Father.
We are raising a generation that needs to know:
God is Father.
God is comfort.
God is our healer.
God is our protector.
God is our hope.
And Jesus is the resurrection and the life.
♡ God, father us well — so we can raise them well. ♡

How often do you have dinner at the table as a family? Sometimes it can be challenging, especially with work schedules and other commitments. However, it is foundational if you can!
If you regularly have dinner together without the newspaper (phones these days), that is great! Keep it up!!
If sharing a meal together with phones put away is a rarity, have a go at it this week! Ask your kids to share a highlight and connect at the dinner table.

🍽️ Following the service
Sometimes God doesn’t change what is happening around you — He strengthens what is happening within you.
Ephesians 3:16 reminds us that God gives us strength through His Spirit in our inner being.
There are battles nobody sees.
Prayers you whisper when you have no words left.
Moments when you feel tired, stretched, overwhelmed, or unsure of how you will keep going.
But perhaps the greatest work God is doing isn’t always changing the circumstance.
Sometimes, He is strengthening you.
Strength for the days you thought you couldn’t face.
Strength to keep loving.
Strength to keep believing.
Strength to keep standing when everything in you wants to sit down and give up.
Your outer circumstances may not change overnight, but God can build something unshakable within you.
You don't have to be strong in your own strength.
His Spirit strengthens your inner being.
So today, don't just pray, “God, change my situation.”
Pray, “God, strengthen me within.”
Because when He strengthens the inside of you, you can face what is in front of you with a strength that could only have come from Him. 🤍
“That He may grant you, according to the riches of His glory, to be strengthened with power through His Spirit in your inner being.” — Ephesians 3:16
