Each session includes:
* Basic groove and rhythm
* Isolation(body control)

Shout out to Flynn who always shows up with so much energy despite having work most mornings at 4am! 😩
He is a man of many talents, being not only a personal AND group fitness trainer but he also competed nationally at Darts when he was younger.
Another secret about Flynn is that he is actually really good at singing 🎵

Exciting news for Reformer Pilates at UniRec! 🥳
Starting next week all classes will be open to non-members. Start the day off right with one of our morning classes or reset with a quick lunchtime flow.
Booking is easy at reception or online after you create a free UR account.
UniRec members still get the special member price for all Reformer classes.
