This is just a snippet of what might be included in your treatment
Active trigger points can spontaneously trigger local or referred pain. They may cause muscle tightness, weakness, restricted range of movement
- What it looks like when you hit a trigger point in the muscle the muscle
- Look at the outside of that calf when the needle is moved
This is what you might get when coming in for a treatment

This is what a treatment might look like when presenting with symptoms in the low back area

Mobilise can be time consuming but this exercise can help with that time consumption.
