Saturday 3rd of July come ⭐️ PLAY & DANCE ⭐️ at Ecstatic Dance and spend the eve with some good music and company!

🌼🌼Don't no what to wear?
Absolutely anything that is comfortable to move in.
As sparkly or as plain as you like!

🌼🌼What to expect?❔
Ecstatic dance starts with a brief opening circle to connect and ground ourselves, followed by a gentle stretch & shaking to help fully be conscious of our senses.
Before the music begins Roze guides your body to move in a playful manner♀️♂️
Then the dance music starts🎵: gentle and slow at first so we stretch, bend, and flow to the music as we wish. Some participants like to close their eyes, to listen to their body and feel how it likes to move. The music gradually builds up and takes you onto a journey through diverse soundscapes.
Toward the end of the dance the music slows down and we slowly flow through the final gentle minutes. After a rest we’re forming a circle for closure.
