👩‍💻 ShadowTech Day at IT Partners

Today, we welcomed some local students to IT Partners for a ShadowTech experience, an initiative designed to inspire female students in Years 9-11 to explore future careers in technology.

Throughout the day, students spent time with our team, learned about the different roles across the business, and got a behind the scenes look at how we help our clients every day. It was a great chance to ask questions, explore career pathways, and see the world of IT in action.

A special thank you to Amanda Russo, a long-term partner of IT Partners, who facilitated Leadership Circle coaching with the cohort. The experience built deeper self-awareness and self-belief, helping each person lead with greater confidence and intention.

💚 Week 7 of our 8 Week Challenge is here!

It's hard to believe we're already heading into the final stretch.

Over the past six weeks, our team has been showing up for themselves in all sorts of ways. From getting outside for a walk before work, making time to reflect, drinking a little more water, and building healthier routines, it's been great to see so many people embracing the challenge.

As Dan has reminded us throughout the challenge, it's not about being perfect. It's about creating small, sustainable habits that can make a real difference over time.

With just two weeks to go, there's still time to finish strong! 💪 We've loved seeing everyone's progress so far and can't wait to see what the final two weeks bring.

Today we're celebrating the people who keep the lights on, the systems running, and the tickets resolved. To say thanks to our team, we set up a pick n mix lolly station in the office for our team 🍬

Yesterday we welcomed a small group of clients into our office for a hands on AI workshop.

The session was designed to be practical, collaborative, and relaxed, giving attendees the chance to build and experiment with AI while exploring real world use cases for those who wear multiple hats in their business.
