As our next Walk'n'Talk is in Taupo, we recognise that some planning needs to be done to ensure you can commit to this...It will be a fun day, starting at Spa Thermal Park and walking one way to Huka Falls 🌊along the Waikato River banks, and then returning on the same path.

Dogs are welcome but required to be under control and on a lead 🐕🐾

We'll then have a lovely coffee/lunch/brunch afterwards in Taupo ☕🫖🍽, and there's hot springs, etc too if anyone wants to partake in that afterwards.

Let's make it a great day out! Looking forward to seeing you there.

More is not always better when it comes to iron 👇🏼

Iron is a ‘goldilocks’ nutrient - too little can cause problems but too much can also cause problems.

While it’s true that many women tend to run low on iron, especially through the menstruating years 🩸 this is not always the case.

Some women can have plenty of iron without needing a supplement - even after bariatric surgery!
