No under 14 girls landed their invert at Nationals this weekend… but didn’t get the memo that she was supposed to play it safe. 👀 This little ripper was trying to throw them in U12 and we are HERE for it. Keep sending it, Harper! 🤙🏼our cash is safe for another year , but we have dangled the carrot we’ll double it next year !

Happy World Oral Health Day! 🌍✨
Your smile is one of the first things people notice about you, and taking care of it goes so much deeper than just your teeth. Your oral health is directly linked to your overall health, including your heart, gut, and even your mental wellbeing. A healthy mouth really is a healthy body!
Here are a few simple ways to show your smile some love today:
Brush twice a day for two minutes and don’t forget your tongue! Floss daily, it reaches the places your brush simply can’t. Swap sugary snacks for tooth-friendly foods like crunchy veg, cheese, nuts, and leafy greens. Drink plenty of water throughout the day to keep your mouth hydrated and healthy.
And remember, confidence starts with feeling good about yourself, and your smile is a huge part of that. Whether you’re working on your oral health journey or just keeping up the good habits, be proud of every step you take.
You deserve to smile freely and without hesitation. Today is a great reminder to make your oral health a priority, not just today, but every day.
