Meet Bodye, an incredible individual I had the privilege of working with in July 2023. From our very first meeting, it was clear that the odds were stacked against him, and he faced numerous barriers on his journey back into the workforce. But you would never know it—his attitude, determination, and sheer will to succeed were nothing short of inspiring.

After just 8 weeks of hard work together, Bodye was given the opportunity he had been striving for. Job Opportunity: Handyman/Builder for Shower Installation Crew

Location: Hamilton and Waikato

Vision Complete Pathways is seeking a handyman or someone with building experience or experience in shower installation for an exciting new role. This position will involve working with a local company that specialises in new builds, renovations, and insurance jobs. This role is also a great pathway for someone to become qualified in shower installations.

Key Responsibilities: (Training will be provided)

Install showers efficiently and accurately

Perform various tasks related to building and renovation
Collaborate with the shower installation crew and adapt to other duties as required

Requirements:

Handyman or building experience preferred
Restricted or full driver's license is mandatory
Ability to drive a van and manual vehicles
Capability to lift heavy materials
