I've shared this tip before, but it's a good one for parents of young children to remember: Check your child's car seat after a WOF inspection!

Did you know that if a child restraint is secured using the vehicle's seatbelt, the Warrant of Fitness inspector may need to temporarily remove it to fully inspect the seatbelt?
However, most WOF inspectors are not trained in the correct installation of child car seats - so I recommend checking and re-installing your child's car seat yourself after any WOF, just to be safe!

Reminder — don’t be this guy this Easter long weekend 😅

With petrol prices the way they are, the last thing you want is to end up stranded on the side of the road halfway to your long weekend destination!

Before you head away, give your car a quick once-over: oil, tyres, lights, wipers — the basics. It only takes a few minutes and can save you a whole lot of hassle.

Sometimes I can squeeze a last-minute WOF or repair in if there’s a gap, but it doesn’t always work out that way. If you know your WOF is coming up, it’s always best to book ahead so you’re not caught out.
