What an amazing floor, Rimu, Matai and Tawa all in one house. Using all recycled materials, this floor took a lot of hours of sanding but shows what can be accomplished by flooring specialists.
The floor is coated in four coats of Waterborne Polyurethane, with the top coats Bona raw.

Day 13.
Floors lightly sanded,then the last coat of polyurethane applied.
A massive job completed in just 13 days start to finish.

1600m2,sanded,court markings painted and 640 litres of Bona waterbourne polyurethane applied.

And this was all done while in week 2 the venue was fully open to the public for gym and pools.

Day 12.
1 more day to go, we put the final coat on gym 2 today, and 2 top coats on gym 1.
So tomorrow lightly sand gym 1,vacuum and put down final coat.

Day 11.
Lines all painted in gym 2, 2nd top coat on gym 1.
Tomorrow final coat on gym 1 ,then 2 top coats on gym 2 and final coat Saturday morning.
All being done with no smell or dangerous chemicals and public still able to walk past and go to the gym.

Day 10
Great progress from the team at Terry Casey Floorsanders and Action Floors.
2ng gym today had the sealer coat sanded back and tapes all put down ready to paint lines tomorrow,but got the blue footsal line all finished today.
And 1st top coat applied to gym 1.
So tomorrow apply 3rd coat to gym 1 and paint all the court lines.
