As General Manager, one of the most important lessons I have learned is that recruitment is about far more than filling vacancies, it's about building strong communities and creating pathways for future generations.

For recruitment agencies, developing meaningful relationships with community organisations, schools, universities, polytechnics, and training providers is essential. It was awesome spending time with some amazing students in Waikato who are eager to enter the workforce and build their futures 🙌

There was such a great mix of skills, experiences, personalities, and potential within the group. It’s always inspiring meeting people who are ready to learn and looking for new opportunities.

I’ve attended a few Auckland graduations over the years through recruitment, so it was awesome experiencing the Waikato side and connecting with a supportive environment.
