Henry Scott from Scott Logging has received his new Cat 568LL Forest Machine which replaces a Cat 336D and is working in the Torere Forest, Bay of Plenty. The unit is running a Woodsman 850 and PFS has installed a full bonnet. The Scott Logging crew is very happy with the processing capabilities the Cat 568 package provides, especially in big wood. Mark Costello, Terra Cat Territory Account Manager Forestry in Rotorua sold the machine.

What are the benefits of a SATCO 630E Felling Grapple :
1) The 630E has the proven satco auto tension saw system which both tensions the saw chain when in use and retracts the saw bar when saw chain replacement is required (increased safety for the operator)
2) The 630 has a proven track record of reliability over many years in the demanding forest industry
3) A single cut diameter of 86cm
4) Maximum grapple opening of 128cm
5) weighing in at only 2000kg (depending on options)
